I've given my site theme a significant facelift! Marmite has introduced themes as of version 0.2.6. Excellent timing! I had just started trying to customize the existing Marmite theme. However, this new theme feature makes design straight-forward with a nice clean slate. I ported over my half-finished work, continued from there, and created a new theme that I've decided to dub Quartz Crystal. Once I do some touching up, I'll likely get this onto GitHub.

To give credit where due, the palette and basis of the theme are inspired from n-006a on foollovers.com. There's a lot of cozy site designs here. I recommend exploring the site if you're also looking for some inspiration. I have to thank my friend June for pointing me in this direction. He's also taken up building a personal site on nekoweb.org, which runs old web/indie web style hosting; a trend that seems to be picking up steam these days.
